Well in response to Archie and Atrumentis, I have been by many doctors that I pretty much have just extremely bad luck and actually have very strong bones, I was actually just wondering how you guys would react to my massive amount of broken bones, even with drinking so much milk. I believe milk does actually help your body, and actually recently I crashed my motorcycle and broke my pelvis, but doctors said I should have broken my neck, back, and both arms, and legs. Hopefully this means that recently my bones have been strengthened from drinking milk, but it could also be from the previous breaks, which you most likely know that after breaking a bone it grows back stronger.

Not really, i had a camel back on under my chest protector, which most likely saved my back, and in mid air before hitting the ground I rolled up into a ball and grabbed the front of my helmet with both hands, which most likely saved my neck and limbs. My pelvis took the initial hit which is why it broke, but I really do have horrible luck... if thats what you believe in.

I didn't read a single post in this thread except the first and I did not watch any of the videos, But milk is good and healthy for you but kids who drink 4 or more glasses a day have a greater chance of becoming Obese in there later years.

Well, they may be obese, but atleast they will have good bones.:D
Breaking bones has nothing to do with how much milk you drink. If you put yourself in a lot of situations where you could break a bone, you might. If you don't, you probably wont. I've managed to avoid that so far in life and yes, I do drink a lot of milk. The two aren't connected in any way though.. obviously.
What is this? Everyone seems to be viewing milk as the answer to ever possible problem there is.
Milk isn't bad for you, it's not some evil to be exterminated. The first article, which I skimmed through, points out that babies not fed with breast milk suffer from problems later in life. How is that related to drinking cow milk? Wouldn't it be realted to the fact that they did not get breast fed?

Milk in excess probably isn't good for you. Protein isn't good for you if you get too much, and vitamins A, D, E and K aren't either since they are soluble in fat and thus cannot be flushed out of the body as easily as C for example.
I doesn't sound to me as if milk is bad, just that a scewered diet is.

Well, to start out with, isn't milk supposed to strengthen your bones since it is packed with calcium? I can give you one example of why that may be a load of bullshit! My years have shone me that milk doesn't do shit! I drink milk everyday, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner even. Although I drink a lot more milk than the average person, I have also broken more bones than the average person. I have broken a total of 17 bones in my 17 years of existence. I think that is proof enough that what doctors say about milk is a load of bullshit and they only say these remarks because it has a huge impact on the economy. YAY!
Calcium cannot protect you from everything, it's not some body armor from a game taht gives you +100 in health. You get unlucky and you're done for, eating healthy just lowers the risk.
And you cannot use a personal experience to prove anything in this situation, because you wouldn't know what would ahve happened had you not been drinking milk. That's why we have statistical resaerches.

Milk does help your bones. It has calcium, but it doesnt mean that its going to make them steel, they can still break. I drink milk just about everyday and haven't seen anything bad from it.
I always loved milk, but I despise low fat milk. Only the normal milk, or rice/soy milk, but I didn't manage to find those without sugar added. Why the fuck do they add sugar to milk? Aarrgh.
Considering the milk, it gives you calcium. That's IT. First of all, calcium is not the only element out there, there is still phosphorus and stuff. Calcium alone won't make bones all that strong. Also, if you play football, or hockey, or whatever, calcium won't help you, those sports are just too dangerous. You should realize, if milk made bones that strong, none of the national athletes would get so much injuries, they'd drink milk all day long. The key to less injuries is playing better.
Second of all, the milk in calcium is not its best form, and some of it is ignored by the body. In fact, calcium is generally hard to be consumed by the body in its pure form, you usually need some more elements. E.g., if all you do is drink milk, you are not getting calcium. Also, some products, mainly coffee, wash calcium out of the organism.

Milk is getting more and more expensive too.
Milk is subsidized in America, in reality, it costs a lot more than you are paying for it. And what you are describing is simply inflation, and inflation is not followed by an immediate wage increase. But in reality, milk is not getting more expensive, the dollar is becoming more worthless.

That's what I call adapting to the circumstances.
P.S.: I have never broken any bone in my entire life. Not because I don't drink milk. Just because I don't play sports much and I don't take risks, and I also consider myself highly lucky because I should have fallen in some situations where I simply grabbed onto something or rolled, lol...

Milk is not water, and does not compensate for water in any way. In fact, NOTHING compensates for pure water.
Water is in milk though..... Just as it is in many of our foods and drinks, just the other things that are in these foods and drinks are what make them bad, but of course you know this.
Water is probably the most important ingredient in your diet, it will greatly help your health in every way, if it's clean water of course.
