Heyo, thought I should give this intro thing a try. So, where to start, well as you can see I've actually been a member for nearly a year. Joined right after a friend told me that there was going to be a Diablo3.
I kept up with it for a few months, but once I realized(came to terms) that it was going to be a couple years till the release, I stopped visiting this site. It seemed cruel and unusual to subject myself to the daily dream of playing Diablo3. But now we're about a year out, I can deal with that. So here I am.
I'm a student currently attending the University of Akron, pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I'll be graduating in August and once done will be moving to North Carolina to live with my girlfriend. That's the serious stuff.
For fun, I watch a variety of Podcasts; The Totally Rad Show, Diggnation, Tekzilla, G4 stuff. I'm a huge fan of Dexter, Entourage and the West Wing. I'm sure you can tell from my username that I love movies. As far as video games are concerned, I have an Xbox 360 and I play a lot of Gears of War 2 and Fallout 3.
My computer set up is pretty old school. I have a Intel Pentium 4 2.8GHz with 1.5 GB RAM running XP. I have some sort of graphics card in here but I'm not sure what it is. As you can tell I'm not as technologically savy as I'd like to be, but one day maybe... we'll see.
I think in the future I'll be making the switch to Mac, I know how strongly you all feel about the whole Mac Vs. PC thing, but my girlfriend prefers them and who am I to argue if she's willing to spend the extra money. I just hope that the iMac we get will be able to run Diablo3 on near optimum settings. I also plan on eventually getting some sort of Asus Gaming Laptop, but that'll be once my current PC dies again.
Well that's about it for me, I'm looking forward to being a bit more active on this forum. I've been a spectator for a long time.
korbin we're all waiting for d3.. be patient, one day we'll share a cold one

Nice Dexter Quote blood-doll, it took me a second.
Thanks for all the warm greetings.
I'm actually listening to an old audio podcast at the moment. Any of you ever listen to The Diablo Minute. Its all old news, but its nice to listen to people chat about it.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

Welcome to DFans!
Was wondering how you'd respond, haha.
I can't believe he actually said that though *sigh*.
Anywho, welcome sir, and hopefully you'll join the fraction of the statistics that actually make an impact on here, and even more so a positive one.
