Wondering what people think about this build, any suggestions or thoughts is appreciated.
Frost Nova used as defensive/offensive utility, if anything comes close (freeze them hopefully) and increase damage to these targets (Could apply to a boss as well).
Wave of Force as a defensive utility, if anything comes close stun and knock them back.
Blizzard as main AoE damaging spell with freezing and increased crit potential.
Ray of Frost as main single target DPS, since it's free I don't have a signature spell.
Energy Armor that increases resistance, obviously for defensive survival.
Diamond Skin with increased damage absorb for close calls.
Black ice for increased with cold spells.
Galvanizing Ward for survivability.
Glass Cannon for damage and since most creates will be slowed hopefully won't take too much damage making the trade off worth it.
I see potential issues with AP this build I'm not sure if a runed RoF is viable compared to a signature spell. Overall most things should be chilled or frozen which increases my mobility in comparison; additionally the targets will be more susceptible to cold damage and crits. If I do take hits I'm hoping the life regen and additionally movement (compared to chilled monsters) will be sufficient enough. If I take any big hits Diamond skin should take care of this. I'm not sure if wave of force is needed it could be swapped with a runed meteor for more cold damage.

Playing Diablo since 97. I know nothing and having nothing good to say, I be a troll.
I prefer sustainable damage over crit, the values are likely similar 30% crit is theoretically 30% more damage. I know there is much more to it than that but when lower HP mobs are in the equation having large spikes of damage combined with low periods of no extra damage may not be worth it compared to consistent damage output.
EDIT: Just noticed the second post, I'd probably go for a 9 secs but 3 seconds in this game can be a long time. I'm not a fan of teleport, if you have no safe spot to warp to it becomes limited on a very rare case, I'd prefer damage reduction.

Assuming you play in a group of 4 players. Most of the time you will want to avoid damage.
And this should work better with Teleport than Diamond skin, which has a fairly long cooldown.
Best would be to have Diamond Skin and Teleport in your Active Skills
I don't plan on playing much multiplayer but I didn't give that envrioment much thought, thanks I could always swap Wave with Teleport but until I start playing I won't be able to make that choice.
EDIT: @ Azox RoF is free, granted I can't use this build till I get a high enough rune, but this is all theory with tops runes anyways.

Ye that's true. And Blizzard said that they will rework spells and Runes anyway... so prolly nothing we do or plan will make it to the final game. If they really do rework it that drastic
Indeed, it's all good fun but I like what we have available now, it gives a good idea of how much you can dabble into so many abilities pending on the flavour you want to kill demons with in a particular day/week.
