Its basically only console and quests.... I take this as a fairly good sign that they are almost done with the PC build...
From the job descriptions I read, it looks like their quests are built using scripting similiar to python. This means that even if they are still hiring for them, the scripter could be brought up to speed fairly fast. WC3 trigger scripting is actually similiar
Quite old news. They started hiring D3 console developers back in November. There are a lot of articles about it.
However this does not mean that it will be ported to console.
Official Blizzard Quote:
"We're exploring a Diablo-related concept for consoles and are currently looking to fill a few senior console-related positions on the Diablo III team. As we've said in the past, with proper care the gameplay could suit the console platform, and we're interested in seeing what talent out there might be interested in such a project. If you're passionate about all things Diablo and have the requisite skill and experience, then head over to our jobs site to check out the positions and apply."
"Please note that this is not an announcement of a console title. We are first and foremost developing Diablo III for Windows and Mac PCs and don't intend to allow any possibility of a console interpretation to delay or affect the release of the game."
Diablo related, not the same thing as a port Who knows, it might be the next game after they have finished the Diablo triology.
Wrong.... go read the job site. Console positions are listed specifically UNDER Diablo III. This in fact DOES confirm a diablo 3 port.
Or just Diablo III-related. A Diablo III spin-off. They said something similar to what he said at Blizzcon. Anyone working on any Diablo-related work is in the Diablo III team, anyway, since the team itself is so small in comparison to their other franchises.

3/7 (fixed) of the Job Postings are for Console...

They classify the teams as the exact job they work on. For example, Warcraft III (if it was still supported) AND Warcraft IV (if it was announced).
Pretty old news. Feel free to check/continue the discussion there.
