I find it funny how positive the comments have been concerning Reaper of Souls lately.
After a year and a half of negativity surrounding this game this new air of hope is refreshing.
Hopefully this game will shut up all the trolls for good.
I do have to agree here, This shit is shaping up to be fucking badass. Hopefully it does shut everyone up who was bitching hard in the beginning, because this game will evolve with us over time, it was never going to be perfect from the start, so here's to Blizzard and their inherent awesomeness.

Not even Death will save you from Diablo Bunny's Cuteness!

I'm here to ...
I never "trolled"...i.e. posted just to upset people. But after nearly a year and a half of positivity and bloviating about the potential of D3, I had enough when the console launched. It seemed they weren't trying to do shit with the items, I felt they could've done something far more than BoA (which actually destroyed the drops for BoA-craft equipable slots).
But....my time away gave me time to reflect. Now I'm seeing the LoD of 2014 take shape. Very very impressed so far. Blizzard has obviously dumped an incredible amount of time, resource and effort into what appears to be a burgeoning masterpiece work of the ARPG genre.
As for trolls; Some will be quieted, yes. But trolls don't troll because they have a valid opinion or point to make. They troll because it makes them feel good inside to make others upset. Trolls will never stop. A good troll will find issue with a loving blowjob from an angel (OMG TOO SLOW BITCH).
I noticed the moniker of "Bringing Death To Life" being used at Blizzcon.
How ironic, because RoS appears to bringing life to a game that has been dead to many for months now.
I absolutely agree with you that a more positive environment feels good after what we've been through (and I really mean that) , but I don't think there really is much of a point to this thread other than to poke at those "trolls".
And whether we like how it was done or not, it is undeniablethat the feedback of all these passionate people helped shaping the changes we're seeing implemented in RoS. We shouldn't really be "shutting up the trolls" (and every time I infracted one of these posters, I was wondering if I shouldn't let them speak their mind, for the sake of the game).
Also, don't get me wrong. maka and many other members here can testify how much I hate what I consider "shitty feedback" and how much I despise people who do it by being overly sarcastic, by spreading hate messages and flaming/mocking whoever has a different opinion.
But the way to change these people is to "reason" with them, explain to them why that way of giving feedback is not appropriate, why that is more harmful to the game development than behaving like reasonable human beings.
With all that said, I will not allow this kind of "poking", the same way I haven't allowed those overly negative players to "poke" the optimistic players over this past year and a half. Hence the thread is being locked...
Also, if anyone wanna discuss this particular moderation decision (or any other) hit me up via PM, I'm always willing to explain my line-of-thought and maybe even reconsider, or maybe make a thread on Site Suggestions, just don't clutter GD with that kind of post

You're a wizard Harry.....
Nasty things, all of which should never be spoken in public
