The problem with mods is the unbalance. It's rather hard to make a balanced game...

Actually, TheHell has a lot less bugs than even D1.09 (let alone Hellfire 1.01), many of the original game's stupidities and disbalance issues were fixed: black death HP steal, shrine mana rape, nitemare/hell mode too easy start, undroppable uniques, monster AI (which now also varies according to game difficulty mode), chainlite/fireball disbalance issue, monsters now have additional resistance factors like stun resist/immunity, stonecurse immunity (which makes Mages no longer overpowered like they are in original game), life and mana regeneration are implemented (actually it wasn't D3 but us who first got rid of annoying potion consumption routine), players are way better balanced for PvP, so on, so on,...

I just finished installing The Hell and am playing it now. I'm kind of exploring the new features at the moment but will write more of my impressions of it later.
Kalypso and I were talking about you the other day. We were like, "Yeah that Mordor guy made a hell of a mod but now he's seemingly disappeared forever."
Some of us are dying to get our multiplayer working in The Hell but lately to no avail. I can't even create a multiplayer character for some reason. Does your announcement here about you moving your site mean that an update is in the works perhaps? Maybe one that would enable multiplayer on Hamachi?
Chances are you won't even see this post and you won't return for another couple years now. LOL
Yeah, I was really looking forward to playing some TH multiplayer again. Now it won't even let me create an MP character, like Siaynoq.
Then there's the problem of getting it to work.. Kali stops being an option after the 30-day trial period, nobody wants to pay for it. Hamachi never works. I've yet to try Tunngle but I've heard good things about it's success rate, so I'm optimistic.

Yeahhhhh I'm positive now he's not coming back here again for a long time. Maybe though since he's changed his whole website he's also checking messages. I'm going to try to contact him cause this is just getting silly now.
