This thread contains all music, all speech files, many completed maps in png format, links to all videos, monster animations, item images and other images found in Diablo II and the expansion Lord of Destruction.
Contains all music files from Diablo II and LoD, all converted to .mp3 format (both to reduce filesize and so you don't have to convert them yourself). The original files are stored in .wav format in the game files. It is also available on YouTube if you don't need it on file.
Contains all speech files from Diablo II and LoD. These are still in their original .wav format, and so had to be split up into two archives.
The archives contain all npc intros gossip and quest dialogue, all monster taunts and all character speech.
Interesting things here:
The original five classes all have unused speeches related to a quest that never made it into the final game. The quest seems to have revolved around some sort of magical barrier preventing them from proceeding in Act 2.
Jamella has two voice sets. One is the one we hear in game, the "old" one, while the other one depicts her as much younger.
Several monster taunts included are never actually heard in game, such as taunts by Diablo, Andariel and the Smith/Hephasto.
Contains all in-game sounds for Diablo II, including background noise, cursor clicks, monster and character grunts, skill sounds, shrine activation sounds and everything else.
These are maps that I have created myself of most preset areas in the game and some mazes that I have assembled myself. They are all in .png format and are quite large, the biggest being the Halls of Anguish at 11920x5300 px. Most of the images can be viewed in the wiki as well, but some of the larger images (Travincal, Halls of Vaught among others) have not ben uploaded there due to wiki limitations.
The wiki does include map fragments that are not included here. The fragments are not complete maps, but only select tiles from the game, like the Moldy Tome and Maggot Queen room.
For more information on what preset, maze and outdoor means, see the wiki page. Here's a full list of maps included in the .rar archive:
Presets
Rogue Encampment
Cave Level 2
Burial Grounds
Underground Passage Level 2
Hole Level 2
Forgotten Tower
Tower Cellar Level 5
Pit Level 2
Monastery Gate
Outer Cloister
Cathedral
Catacombs Level 4
An unused cave level, probably intended as level 2 of the Den of Evil.
Lut Gholein
Claw Viper Temple Level 2
Tal Rasha's Chamber
This page includes almost all monsters from the game animated in idle position facing forward. They all have transparent backgrounds, so they can easily be used as avatars or similar.
This page contains all item inventory images from the game, including unique items with the correct color shifts. Like the monster animations, all have transparent backgrounds as well.

PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.

Holy shitsauce, that must have taken ages to complete o.O You should put this page in the Wiki somewhere, as Diablo II resources or something.
Well, to a certain extent. I started uploading monster animations in the summer of 2009, so on and off since then I suppose. I'll create a thread in the D1 forum with the equivalent information for the first game, a continuation of what Atrumentis started over two years ago but never got around to doing.
Perhaps linking back here from the wiki would be a good idea. I'll throw it up somewhere eventually.

I've been going over it, and the cutoff is there in the original files. Well it's not a cut-off, but the audio seems to end right at the millisecond the speech does, so it sounds a little weird.
