When you download a file, there's a .PART file and the unfinished regular file. Windows gets rid of the .PART when the download is finished, but now after I installed Vista, it gets rid of the original file and keeps the .PART... So I tried uninstalling Mozilla to fix the problem, but now I can't download it, even with IE.
Anyone can help?

It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
the .part files are usually hidden in the target directory (havent tried on Vista but XP did the same thing i think). Try deleting the .part file manually (simply select to view the hidden files) and try downloading again.
Not sure if it will work but it would make sense if it did.

I think I had something similar happen to me when I tried to download the WotLK cinematic, I ended up with a .part file that couldn't be played. What I ended up doing was deleting the file and trying again, and it worked.
