No, I don't agree. It was given the appropriate amount of time. If you can't get your votes in after 4 fucking days, I don't really care. I hate procrastination, The first thread I posted about it should have gotten the attention, and the suggested "structure" that PD was talking about. When I posted the second thread and asked you to vote, you should have done that the moment you saw the thread, since it only takes 2 fucking minutes to do the entire thing.
Whats the incentive to do it? You act like your entitled to every user latching onto everything you do. All you did was list a few titles we could vote for and said VOTE! It's not like we get a title or anything on our avatar so I don't blame anybody for thinking "I'll do it later when I have time" or something like that.

Truth.
While you may hate procrastination, that doesn't mean everyone will immediately stop procrastinating just to make you happy. A lot of people don't come on the forums every day, let alone check the off topic forum every day. People need way more time to figure out this is here, and to figure out their votes.

The incentive is the fun of it, if you need a bigger incentive than that, then I can't help, and I can't say that I'd care if you chose not to vote because you wouldn't personally gain anything from it. That has to be the most ridiculous argument you have ever used. I'm not acting like anything, I'm saying that 6 days (?) was enough. A total of like, 3 or 4 days passed without anyone sending me any votes, so I presumed nobody wanted to do anymore. If people need more than that to send in something that would take 2 minutes to do, or if they need more than that to fucking log in to the Off Topic forum and see what's happening, then it's their problem, not mine. You don't blame them, I don't really care. You're making it seem like it takes 15 or 30 minutes.

Why on earth are you turning this into something that "I" specifically am dealing with? Why on earth are you turning this into me saying that they should just DROP everything and MAKE ME HAPPY. What the fuck? How on EARTH did you come up with that FUCKED up conclusion? Seriously.. You guys are just fucking impossible, you know that? I leave the rate a user thing open for 5, 6 days, and you're all "Yeah, guess he dumped the idea." or "When the fuck is he gonna do the next one, this should be done already!". Then you come here and you tell me this bullshit about people needing time like it's a fucking abortion.
Do the contests yourselves next time, I don't need another headache. All you guys do is bitch at every corner in every single contest I post, and it eventually just get pretty dull and retarded when you're me. You obviously don't like how I run these things, so next time, take the incentive and do them, if you even care enough to do so.
Definitely should've worded my response differently, but anyways...
By the procrastination bit, was trying to point out that even though you hate it, it doesn't mean others won't procrastinate, others still are going to leave their post till the last minute. I'm not sure why, but it happens.
That's because there was 5-6 days of no votes. We saw no activity, thus we considered it finished.
The same happened with this, you got no votes for a couple days, however we were not aware of this.
Anywho, odd that only 13 people voted, would have thought that more people would've jumped on the bangwagon :/.
Oh well, maybe next time.

I didn't even notice this thing till just now. How long was voting up for? Next contest should be promoted on the news page. Not all news should be Diablo related, but community related as well.
That's because SOMEBODY hasn't been on the news team for a long time :D.
Tomorrow is actually when I planned on doing the next CS, wanted to get back into the regular schedule of it before actually throwing one down.

Seriously (even though that was serious) we should have more than 13 people voting. If we had a way to make the contest more publically known, like on the home page or something. There are way more than 13 regulars here... Congrats everyone nonetheless
Maybe more would have voted if the thread was updated because people posted their votes. Who knows.
I'm not saying that people needed an incentive or anything like that. What I was saying was basically that it wasn't a big deal so it wouldn't get a huge amount of exposer and the only ones that would vote would be the regulars (which I'm completely ok with to be honest).
I'm just giving reasoning as to why only 13 or so people voted. I voted!!!

You could have just said that. Fuck's sake, you just sounded like complete dumbasses, you and Zhar.
Not my fault it didn't get exposure. You should really realize that the real regulars voted. If some old member came and voted (and one did, actually) he would vote for older members that none of use even know, nevertheless know ENOUGH to nominate for an award. 13 was a satisfactory number for me.
Lol, I don't see how knowing that users don't respect, admire, or enjoy your posts constitutes fun... but whatever floats your boat :/.
