The item stat hp on hit does not trigger for wizard skills. The only thing it did trigger on was the default attack of smacking the mob with my staff. Does anyone know if this is working as intended or a bug?
+Life on hit seems to have some kind of scaling based on attack speed and aoe's. I am looking for tests and research about this. But it seems that if you have an attack that does a lot of small hits, you get only a fraction of the stated hp per hit. Also large aoe's seem to have a similiar scaling.

This guy has got it right. We just don't know exact %'s and numbers. So as a Wizard, if you're running with tons of AoE skills, you won't see as much life return as you would intuitively think with Life Per Hit.
