    So, we all know that in the absolute best-case scenario in a dream world with magic bunnies and hammerdins wielding smiley-face hammers, we're at least 6 months from D3 release (like I said, dream world), and much more likely to be 12-18 months away.

    So, what are you playing to kill the time? I know there are a few but hidden WoW players, and I've heard a game called Titan Quest mentioned over and over. I know many are also playing D2 still.

    Maybe if enough of us are playing the same thing we can start up a new guild...'Waiting For D3' ;)

    Activision / Blizzard are not attending E3, sadly :(

    So nothing that soon. I'd bet on another gameplay demo at Blizzcon in October, and I'd imagine a playable demo as well.

    It doesn't seem like they are planning on it. I could see them asking for a subscription for Battle.Net 2 whether it's for SC2 or D3 or whatever else, but depending on how much $ they want and the features B.net offers, I'd have no problem paying it.

    I suppose if I was only 10 years old and it was summer vacation and I couldn't drive yet I'd be pretty angsty too.

    You need to understand you're pretty much the kind of player that the vast majority of players really, really dislike. You won't be missed if you don't buy D3.

    You're not 'safe', you're safe from getting griefed by some asshole who has nothing better to do than ruin the game being played how it was intended to be.

    And for the flamers who want to rant on about 'HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT BLIZZ INTENDED THEY PUT THE HOSTILE BUTTON THERE', well go read that post, directly from Blizz about what they intend for D3.

    If you don't like it, then don't plan on buying it and get off the forums.

    CounterStrike has taught me to hate voice chat, but if there was an easy way to set up who specifically you wanted to chat with and allowed a quick and easy way to ignore people it'd be a nice feature.

    There are a couple concepts there that could very easily be class concepts for a Druid / Sorcerer / etc. Maybe they are and they thought it'd be too obvious.

    You don't know how the game mechanics are going to be structured at all. We have no idea how PvP will be implemented yet, so that's a pretty silly statement to make.
