Correct me if I'm wrong, but your character sheet shows 52% IAS, you have 15% from your gem, that's 67%, you need 67.4% to reach 4.15386 with a 45% TnT. Unless the legendary gem is not additive to your 52% IAS and the gem gives you 74.8% IAS, you're not reaching 4.15 mate.

Elites are good, they make combat/game play more varied. Mixes things up. Keeps you on your toes.

They fixed Inferno crowd control abilities a long time ago, it's hardly even noticeable now. The first cast is full duration, and if cast on the same monsters, for the next few seconds duration/effectiveness is reduced, then returns back to full. I've used Temporal Flux extensively, if there is any reduction, it's hardly noticeable to me. Monsters are moving pretty damn slow, even with the nerfs.

All of your suggestions would only add up to an easier game, not really a better game (and certainly worse in some players eyes).

    Quote from Catalept

Given that full-duration CC trivializes inferno difficulty, I assume you want to see CCs nerfed for all difficulties, making them a clutch tool for getting out of the sticky situations people often find in Nightmare difficulty?

... and you're either proposing that trashmobs take as long to kill as elites, or vice versa, but I can't figure out which option is the good one.

Elites still walk through slows and stuns like they were never there, therefore a dps increase or damage mitigation ability on your bar will always be better than crowd control. It makes the combat a LoH/LS snoozefest.

Elites are too strong compared to regular monsters, and since you have to at least balance for Elites the white mobs end up being trivial. I don't want Elites to be easier, others stronger (doesn't apply to all mobs, but most). Bosses could also use a significant buff.

Affixes with both STR and INT, or STR and DEX, or DEX and INT are not healthy, you can have bad affixes, but you cannot have trash affixes. STR+INT and those other two should see the way of "Light Radius".

Having cooldowns of any sort is not healthy, resource [re]generation should be the cooldown.

"Balancing" the game around the people who break it is especially not healthy. The dev team has been hard at work hunting and patching to save Diablo from cheaters and exploiters. Hours, days and months they could have put into the loot, the combat, the runes, the affixes, all of which would be more beneficial to the health of Diablo than it is at the moment. Let's hope removing the RMAH will refocus their attention at the right place, improving the game as opposed to policing it.

It's not healthy to have a 70 to 80% reduced effectiveness of snares and affixes [and others] in inferno. It's not healthy for Elites to be significantly stronger than regular monsters. There's a lot of things that ain't healthy Wyatt, welcome to the monster you have helped create.

Yes you can craft multiple items in 1.0.8 including gems, but you cannot queue different items. Crafting also uses your stash now, so no need to have the mats in your inventory anymore.

Actually Blizzard's employees answer to Morhaime, Pearce and Adham, maybe Pardo and Metzen. All programmers, not suits. They don't even answer to Activision or shareholders. It's part of the deal they signed.

They don't answer to Activision, but they sure as fuck answer to Vivendi.

Actually, they don't, they had complete freedom and full control with Davidson & Associates back in the days and always managed to keep that moving forward. Every deal they agreed on kept their complete control, even the business decisions. Vivendi cannot fire one soul or force them to keep the RMAH in D3. They might have agreeed to keep WoW subscription based, or to put monetization in all future games, sure, that may be part of the deal Morhaime and his friends have signed to cash in a couple of tens of millions, but nobody at Blizzard answers to anyone else outside Blizzard.

At the end of the day, the developers answer to management, the management answers to upper management, the upper management answers to the executives and the executives answer to the ... shareholders!

    TL,DR:
The developers are not in charge of their own destiny. In every software company, there are inevitably obstacles beyond the control of the development team that block productivity. Still, they could release the mob density as it stands now by itself, and then release 1.0.8 later on with the tweaks and other patches. For having played the public test, it is clear the mob density change does not break or crash the game, and even if it did in maybe two or three rare circumstances, it would be better customer support and better for the game in the long run to release as is. People are right to criticized Blizzard for their long and slow iteration and patching process, but my guess is there are probably 2 or 3 people, 5 at most, working on patching and improving D3, so much for the hundred of millions of dollars they made, they would rather cash that out than investing a big effing 2 million dollars on 20 people to work full time on D3. But I guess that's just me, I would care if I made a game and be grateful to those who bought it.

It's like WoW, when you weight the money invested against the money they make, you can ask yourself if Blizzard is planning on buying its own country.

I don't respect any of those so called celebrities, since the beginning I've said "tighten the affixes so that inferno items roll only with inferno affixe ranks", and this is exactly what the devs are aiming for next with the itemization and it is what will "save" the game for the most part. So there you have it, these so called expert all shared their wisdom and great ideas on their streams, but all along I held a superior opinion and better position to theirs, which in turn means I had a better understanding of the game and of the players, casual, hardcore, every player, except the AH players, but I care about Diablo not the auction house.

What the F are you all talking about, the game looks like the PC version on medium, albeit this is a 720p low bitrate video. I must admit the Belial point of view is cool.

Rob Pardo : " I like Jay, so I'm not gonna tell him when he fucks up, because I'm a coward ass kisser who would rather see my friend repeat the same mistake again, than being honest with him and have to deal with the uncomfortable position of being perceived as the one in the wrong whilst having the humility to not argue about Jay's perception right now as walking on my ego is not something I am mature or prepared to do for right now, even if its for his own good." Translation : "I like him, but he's an acquaintance, a co-worker, not a friend."

I could have told you the lead designers of Diablo 3 would eventually be asked to step down the day I saw that the beta was nothing like the original E3 demo.

I haven't played in three or four months, seeing that they still haven't addressed the affixes ranks that are able to roll with iLVL I don't see myself coming back to the game much more. Those patch notes look like the kind of patches a sinking ship would get, the same way WoW has had since WotLK, not that people don't play, but they don't stay.

Am I missing something, 'cause I've never heard of him before reading news on Diablofans when he was racing for world first Diablo inferno kill. His videos on Youtube are being viewed by less people than many yapping fourteen years old girls talking about their every day life. Seriously, this guy is overrated and overinflated, this whole call to Diablofans is an attention grab and sound of desperation.
