My UE DH hits like 200b with CoE. And Multishot is always available. And hits all enemies, I don't really need to group up mobs. With Uliana it's like, CS, generator, explode, wait, repeat. I find the damage output to be very underwhelming, especially when compared to a generator build or even Inna's. Would be nice if they made a new item giving players a reason to choose Uliana again. Like "Monsters hit by 10+ explosions take 500% more damage from your exploding palm" or "Seven Sided Strike cooldown is removed but you now you have 50% dmg reduction during SSS instead of being invulnerable". Would love to see more suggestions.

*This would make people choose more between energy armor and/or ice armor w/ halo. Additionally it also has people choose against APD/Nem's.

The current season will most likely go for 2 months, making it possible to launch season 10 for april, and the new patch 2.5.0 that is currently playable on the PTR.
With that in mind, don't forget that season 10 will be available on consoles too!

Optimally you want the eventually remove the dex for ele damage. Just like boots drop armor for skill damage (if applicable) once you really have settled on your build.

This is just a few items I would like to see put into the game in the next patch. These are items that I have thought of, not those that are going to be put into the game. Tell me what items you want to see put into the game. Im curious to see what people think.
Weapon/Armor( Preferably a Daibo or a shoulder piece) that gives you 50 - 100 stacks of the Flurry damage every time you use Blinding Flash.
Rolands Belt and or Bracers.
Weapon/Source that allows the Wizard to cast 2 additonal hydras, along with the Serpant Sparker for a total of 4 hydras, but each hydra is a different Element. Fire, Cold, Arcane, Lightning.
A Bow/2-handed Crossbow that shoots 15 - 20 Hungring Arrows like Multishot from Diablo 2. (I know we have the skill Multishot for the Demon Hunter.)
A Ring/Dagger that creates a Gigantic Fetish after accumilating 20 or so Fetishes that deals more damage than all of them combined( similar to Tall Mans Finger) and shoots 20-30 Poison Darts in a cicle around the Fetish.
A Weapon/Shoulder-piece that reduces the consumed stacks from Rankors from 5 to 1.
A Weapon/Shoulder-piece that increases the damage of Furious charge by 750% for each stack. Up to a maximum of 5 - 10.
A Wand/Source that calls down Meteror in all directions when cast.
A Might Belt/Weapon that gives Hammer of the Ancients the effect of every rune.
