I think it sounds fun... but I really do wonder how many people will want to take such a risk putting it all on the line in one fight. I think that we might see a mix of low level fighters but Im really wondering if you will see any very high levels willing to make that risk but maybe I'm wrong what do you all think?
Question... so would you be willing to risk it all on a high level hardcore fight?
Of course not.
FIrst, the game is not balanced for PVP.
Second, the game is not balanced for PVP.
Third, the game is not balanced for PVP.
What does these three fine points mean? Some classes are GOING TO BE BETTER regardless of equipment or tactics in PVP. Period. Done.
For Hardcore PVP to be possible in Diablo, Blizzard would need to change the balance or people will whine.
When i played the beta i saw that the max numbers of caracters was 10, I think this is way to low.
I guess its nothing new for WoW player? For me it is and im the kind of players who will make different kind of caracters per class to try new style. Just like a BowZon or a JavaZon.
Whats is your idea on that?
Its not a big deal, but staying in line with the many idiots in the Diablo 3 community, we should stamp our feet and proclaim it is the end of the world.
After many, many, many years of waiting. I got to play the D3 beta at a friends house today. I played the Demon Hunter through The King.
I have to say, this this game is really enjoyable. I did have some doubts when I first started, but having played the beta through, if this short taste is any indication of what the game is going to be like, I think I am personally really going to enjoy playing it for a long time.
You feel like a powerful hero, the sounds add to this. The loot drop rate is great and you really dont have many interruptions of gameplay. You basically jump right into the story and keep going until the end.
Yes, it is very good. I think the main problem is a few idiots over analyse everything and then give an opinion that ranges from overly hostile to extremely negative on why the game will "suck" becaue feature XYZ is not done exactly the way they wanted it done.
The bottom line in 4 points is:
It plays great
Its a lot of fun.
There is a shit load of phat loot to find.
Its multiplayer
It is stupid fucking questions like this: So, what is the incentive for players to fight their butt off in order to get to later Act in inferno? Just to prove because they can?
That make me roll my eyes. Why play games at all? Duh. Dumbasses.

If its fun or mostly fun (the beta is so far) the mission accomplished.

After getting my beta key 2 weeks ago and "betamaxing" all 5 characters to level 13, I must say I am happier than hell that this game will rock.
Bring it on.Oh, and to all those "I am going to write up a post about how good a tester I will be so I get picked" people, don't waste your time.
