From 1 point of view of exploration is a reboot of all zone new and oldest. this is because Borriga Director Creative ( diablo 4) and wyatt cheng ( Principa Game designer ( diablo 2-3 ) talk often about the zones of Sancutary . It's important for both team there must be no inconsistencies in zone history.

When did they say that? Do you have an actual source that quotes them somewhere? Because the only major quotes I've seen are from David Brevik:

If I had to guess what'll happen, is that IF Diablo: Immortal is released before Blizzcon, they are revealing D2 remastered, and a demo will be playable there. However if Immortal isn't released, that might be the playable thing they'll have in the showfloor.
