Something that can boost your dps alot is to get a 2 socket manticore (super cheap now) and red light/ green light it.
Basically put the highest possible ruby in one socket and do the same with emerald. Will give you more dps than 2 emeralds or 2 rubys.

While a shitload of tha buzz around tha game beat down tha real scrilla Auction House, "gold do much mo' damage than tha other one do," accordin ta Wilson, cuz mo' playas bust it n' prices fluctuate much more.
"I be thinkin we would turn it off if we could," Wilson holla'd durin his cold-ass talk. But tha problem is "not as easy as fuck as that;" wit all of Blizzard's current playas, da perved-out muthafucka says tha company "has no idea" how tha fuck nuff playas like tha system or don't give a fuck bout dat shit.
My main is also demon hunter, I use a strafe build for farming but out of all the classes they farm the slowest.
DHs also take the most skill of all the classes to use in comparison, not because they are more specialized but because they are so damn gimp at the moment. Also i'm part of the very few who can farm MP10 without Gloom. I hate that skill because every DH uses it almost without exception but its not their fault that it is the only skill that can give them survivability on the same level as other classes.
For a tiny budget its so-so. That Manticore is terrible though, your better sticking with 1 socket high dps and crit damage xbow. Way cheaper and way more dps. Look in the 1100 and up range. Also dont just look for manticores, rares are just as good if not better for one socket.

to raise their para levels. Its like, "Ok your time that you put into paragon leveling to 100 is worthless, were gonna just reset you down
to zero again. cool?". Talk about a slap in the face. Maybe, (more of a hope) is that instead of more levels they will implement skill
points and maybe go back to itemized runes with many more different skills and effects. If they did this I couldn't care less about more levels.
Oh and new and better itemization (hopefully).
