blizz will want to either put a set price for the RMAH or get rid of the ah, cos it is pointless and all the decent stuff goes from the gold ah
people are putting utter rubbish on the RMAH for 250 euros
or make items that cannot eb put on the RMAH to balance it out
i should work for blizz, i have ideas lol
It's players doing it not Blizz... retarded derps are messing with the economics and this was obviously going to happen, prices will drop in time. Another key note, you see $250 garbage up there its because it's not selling. People are sticking to GAH because they are unsure if people will actually buy from RMAH. The retards putting the 250 items up are not helping the cause.

yep. give it a month and you'll see 1300 dps weapons selling for 3-8 bux. there will ALWAYS be retards who sell crap for insane prices, thats why there is still crap weapons for 20m on the GAH as well. the ONLY stuff that will actually sell for 250$ is the best rolled items in the game. that is all

"once the pretty hardcore gamers we had testing inferno found it fairly difficult, we then we doubled it" -trolololol jay wilson
Can't wait for that to happen. This 20 mil for an iLvL 60 item is just unnecessary. It isn't something that is horribly crippling since it will eventually plateau but it doesn't mean that I want to wait until the idiots stop using the GAH incorrectly so that players that understand the game, and what BiS is all about, can progress through the game without having to spend 172 mil to be able to progress through Act 2 Inferno.
Unfortunately I think what's happening is everyone has this stupid idea in their heads about gearing up to the teeth, farming lots of good items and making a living out of this.
Everyone buying items for ridiculous amounts right now is either: A:Trying to get ahead to farm items to sell. B:Trying to get ahead to beat and have the game on farm, because they have some extra cash.
So in a month or so when everyone is sitting around with 1200dps one-handers and 1500dps bows the prices are going to take a dive. Those people hoping to make a living are going to make some cash, maybe even pay off what they originally invested plus some, but this is NOT going to be a way to sustain any real cash flow.
Dreams of making it big by playing it D3 is going to become apparent that's not going to be the case, and the people who just really wanted to beat the game are going to have done it already and stopped playing AS much or at least spending silly amounts of money on items.
So us normal folk who would just like to play for fun and not spend an arm, a leg, and a kidney in the Gold AH or RMAH are just going to have to ride it out for a bit. Once they open the sales of commodities for real money we'll see a lot of items being crafted too and gold being sold. We're just going to have to be a little more patient and hope to God patch 1.0.3 makes the gear wall a little less ridiculous to climb.
Still moving, won't have computer in new house until Tuesday until then I come to the old place to check mail, DF's, etc.
I always knew our cat had mad ninja skillz but he got me good this time. The top of the armoire at the condo became a favorite perch for the cat. We figured out after a while he was launching from the bed's foot-board but this time I'm not so sure how the hell he got up there because the jump is about 7 feet from either point.
Got some long exposure night shots from the back yard, need to work on my settings. I had to put the camera into bulb mode and give it a 2 minute exposure at ISO 200 to get this. I'm thinking future ISO 400 to 600 for 30 seconds to 1 minute to keep the stars from blurring as the earth turns.
My wife will be pissed if the cat does it again (she forgave him this time) so no filming it. We did find a few scratches up top where he got his footing with his hind legs. We put his tall kitty tower scratch post next to it so he has a more graceful point of access.
My family always kept dogs growing up. When I eventually started spendign time around cats, I was always amazed at how graceful and acrobatic they are.
Awesome weekend so far. Hanging out with Dad today. Friday night, we had a late birthday get together for one of my friends. We went to Bogart's in Cincinnat and watched Santigold. It's the first time I've seen an act that major in a smaller, bar type of venue. She seems so crazy and happy, and her energy is just contagious. They are actually pretty funny too. At one point, they run a track with just base, keyboard and a drum machine for backup. The guitarist and drummer dissapear off stage and come back dancing around in a horse suit. LOL!
My family once saved a street cat and spent a few grands on his treatment... Anyway that cat (a male btw) recovered, then one day he was frightened of something and i happened to be next to him, so in a flash, he jumped on the wall and from the wall, leaped in mid air onto my face. I caught him with my both hands really fast and grounded him to the ground and put him between my feet, he plunged his claws into my knees but thankfully my face remained in tact xD Anyway i really had to hold him there untill he calms down, even though he pissed himself, but atleast he didnt rip my skin off when i let him go... My knees were bleeding lots of blood down to my feet it was gruesome lol... Oh and another time i had to put him in a cage because he just had to go to the vetrenary so he kept scratching and clawing my hands and i was bleeding all over, i just oculdnt let him go because it would seem as if all those wounds would have been for nothing, so i kept on struggling with him untill i forced him into the cage. It was all in the facor and good of the cat. Today he lives a hppy life with us and he loves me the most because i am very nice to him and he still udnerstands that i am the boss
I like reffereing to cats and dogs as he/she. I forgot to mention that this cat went through several traumas in his life and that's why sometimes he loses it. But with careful attention, he gets back on track.

Ferrell or stray cats get like that. I raise my cup of coffee to you in homage of your epic battles.
It's super fun to play with the Barbarian! I'm going 2-handed cause that's just the way the Barbarian should be played! Don't you think that War Cry and Battlerage just go together so well?! One buff your armor, the other your damage. War Cry generates 30 fury when activated and Battlerage uses 20 fury. War Cry has a cooldown of 30 seconds and Battlerage lasts 30 seconds. So every time you go into battle you just use War Cry and then Battlerage.Match made in heaven!

Amazing game. I thought it was pretty unique and it had me clicking everything to see what happened.

PS the cat double jumped on the bed and launched itself on the dresser! You should set up video cameras and see how he/she did it!! Will be awesome!!!
I've watched RSA vs ENG rugby at one of our pubs, had a couple of drinks and a nice burger! Now I'm in front of the pc again...such a nerd.
Edit: We beat ENG's asses!
