These were posted like 2 month ago, so these are the old unique that were on Blizzard's site a while ago. Or not?

Since you're posting pictures of gear, I wanted to share. I took these while messing around with an emulated version of the beta a few months ago. I thought it was really cool that a piece of gear looks different on each class. I was looking at a Doomarmor chest piece here, and took pictures of it on each class to compare:


Looks really sweet on the Wizard.

People.. The items and gear could be over-sized. This is how Blizzard work, they render objects and things bigger then it will appear, then shrinking it and optain the quality. Its better this way then start over or blow up pixels.

So items, gears and weapons might not look like this in end-game. But I sure do hope some of these stay BIG and CRAZY!

Old pictures or not, I do not know. I've seen some before but DiabloFans really need new threads and some pictures must be new.

In the emulated beta, there were some pretty huge weapons. Even on the actual beta there's a 2 hand club you can get that's like a giant tree branch, which looks pretty awesome. I hope there's plenty of over-sized weapons.

It appears so, because Legendary has a lore meaning and such.

I dont know if carrying a legendary weapon will trigger quests or NPC talk, like the Akanesh, the Herald of Righteousness spear the Templar is speaking of, if it exist as a Legendary - Follower might wanna have it but you can use it aswell. Just a thought.

That picture of the barbarian with the Warmonger sword is amazing. I hope that is the sword's actual size.

There are alot of things we hope for, this is one of them The barbarian should have bigger version of swords then other classes.. Just my opinion.

Well I wasn't sure what classes in what order I was going to play before, but now it's set in stone.

Were they placeholder stats?
Hmmm that would explain why the firey sword did cold damage and that one sword had like +80 precision.. oh well it lead to some important points that are still valid I think
