Blizzard just released the 4/15 Updates for Patch 1.0.8 on the Public Test Realm. While there are a few known ones like the fact that Nekarat The Keywarden will drop random keys, there are also a few class specific changes that seem interesting, but there sure is more to come.
Updates to patch notes can be found in red. Last updated April 15 at 5:30 p.m. PDT.
Below you'll find the preliminary PTR patch notes for 1.0.8. Please note that this isn't the final version of the 1.0.8 notes and that some changes may not be documented or described in full detail.

oh hooray, now I won't have to spend forever trying to kill the key wardens when levels my lower level characters.

"Hey, I thought you'd like the witty irony of grub-on-glowie violence!"
Makes me feel sad knowing that we are waiting for patch with minor changes for 2 months. Makes me feel wonder how long will we wait for some real content patches...

Minor changes? "real content" you will get in an expansion, not in these patches, this isn't a subscription based game like WoW where you get content updates every few months.

True enough, but D3 was fundamentally broken upon release. Blizzard has (finally) acknowledged that and new content needs to be added to shore up what has proven approximately a month after release to be a rather shallow game in certain aspects.
They also promised team deathmatch and then took it away, so I do think Blizzard owes us "real content" prior to the next expansion. I imagine they will introduce some form of an endless dungeon in 1.10. One thing you can say about Blizzard is that they do stand behind their games, and D3 is no exception despite several shaky months of denial last year.

just another go no where patch ...
Sure hope they give the expansion away free ...because their sales will be very low ....
would never buy it ...after the fail they have already created ...

I've been playing diablo 1 and 2 for 15 years almost and no one said I want dragons in diablo nor 5 expansions.
This game is broken and half empty. It needs more random dungeons, more bosses, more viable builds and much much more. Not sure why did you mention WoW at all, I m really sick hearing about WoW lately on DiabloFANS forum.
He mentions WoW because there content is made bimonthly. The reason for that is because players are paying for the game every month, thus more developers can be hired that actively bring new content. People have began to feel used to having content updates from the major MMOs out there, but that happens because their companies earn more money and can bring new blood into projects.
Diablo is not a monthly paying game and just like any other such doesn't bring any "real content". It follows the "expansions" route for content like all games outside MMOs.
I think the reason so many people are upset is that the game didn't require any changes in 2008, the game as presented to us in the very first teaser video was pretty much exactly what we wanted D3 to be.
Slowly, patch by patch, the game is returning back to the state it was in back in 2008.

Yeah, so this zone will not be farmed at all, except for Barbs and their Tornado Sprint
Or, buff inferno. Add MP 11-15! Yay!
Well, you could try a HOTA build, or a REND/WW build. They also gave you 4 other classes.
