I'm making this thread so we all can share where we have found Menagerist (Pet) Goblin at so we can know where to farm him at!
I have found him 2 times in act 5 Pandemonium lvl 2 so far!
MENAGERIST GOBLIN
Unlike most goblins, Menagerists kidnap and collect creatures, both living and undead. There’s no telling what critters may be trapped inside a Menagerist’s knapsack, but rest assured—grateful for their freedom, they’ll become loyal companions and go wherever your adventures may take you.
I only found a menagerist once on PTR and didn't get a chance to check the icon on the minimap. Does anyone happen to have a screenshot of the goblin icon as it shows on the minimap? Or does it just look like a regular goblin icon?
This might be a silly question, but has anyone seen one of these guys spawn from a bandit shrine? I've run into quite a few of those but have yet to encounter a Menagerist.

Menagerist and Rainbow Goblin cannot spawn from Bandit Shrines. They also both cannot spawn within the Vault or Rifts.
I just found a Menagerist Goblin after farming Act 5; Pandemonium level 2 for almost 2 hours. Too bad it dropped the ugliest pet ever...Grunkk. This seems to be the best spot that I have farmed. There have been runs where I have run into 2 goblins (usually treasure and blood thief) in the same area.
Found 5 pet goblins so far, and missed one because guy I was doing bounties with didn't invite anyone and just killed it on his own...
Yesterday I found one in the top left corner of Fields of Misery, while searching for pools of reflection.
3 days ago, I found one during bounty session in Halls of Agony lvl 2.
Before that, I found one while searching for The cursed pete event in Paths of the drowned.
I found 2 more so far, both on NS before season started, one while searching for falcon wings in the same area, other one while searching for Liv More pet.
So far I have Liv More, that Yeti, Buddy, flame skull, queen of Succubus, and mini Malthael.
There are plenty good places to look. It took me about 4days to farm up all the pets. There are a couple of videos out of where to farm so all the credit to those guys who did it. I used "Drahque"s guide specifically.
Weeping Hollow around the spawning point.
Southern highlands / Cave of the moon clan lvl 1+2
Northern highlands / Leoric's grounds.
Royal crypts (I found most of my menagerist goblins in here FYI)
Leoric's passage
Tower of the damned
Tower of the cursed
Run those then reset, seems to be best way of getting what you want. I found about 8 Rainbow goblins during the runs as well, but unfortunately no cosmic wings.
P.S: In my runs I seem to get no menagerist gobs in the tower maps, so I ended up just doing the Act I rotation.

That's the route I used other the TotC. Farmed for around 6 hours before I found my first one. In terms of consistent goblin spawns, I'd rate it as:
1) Southern Highlands - Cave of moon clan
2) Northern HIghlands
3) Royal Crypts
I never had a single goblin spawn in weeping hollow or tower of the damned. Don't know if that's just my bad luck or if they changed the spawn points.
I have all the pets you can get from them, all I did is bounties alone most of the time. In group it's way more difficult to farm them since everyone is doing his own thing and you might kill them while being attacked by other monsters.
I would recommend doing bounties alone since it's how I got them. And pray for the best.

It can spawn anywhere a variant goblin can spawn (ie; not treasure hardcoded like Vault boss, etc)
I found him in act 5 Pandemonium lvl 2 as well.

Anyone killed him in rifts yet? I stumbled upon a fair amount of goblins but this one I exclusively find when I go for bounties ...
He appears exclusively in Adventure Mode. Not in rifts.

I got unihorn yesterday during bounties.
Has anyone seen one in the goblin realm? I have 4 or 5 puzzle rings, just havent had the time to log in to cube them and check for myself.
I just found one Act V, Guild Hideout Level 1 on Hard Difficulty. He dropped a Bumble or whatever it is, yeti looking pet.

Almost never get a gob in weeping hollow as well
While searching for Ravi In Weeping hollow I've found more goblins in the north, than close to the waypoint.
I have all the pets you can get from them, all I did is bounties alone most of the time. In group it's way more difficult to farm them since everyone is doing his own thing and you might kill them while being attacked by other monsters.
I would recommend doing bounties alone since it's how I got them. And pray for the best.
Don't do bounties alone unless you like to be inefficient
