Quote fromOh my god that is amazing! The detail is exquisite, on all of them! I wish I could make costumes that good.
HEY there is one more Diablo related costume! Mistress of Pain!!!
(official artwork reference)
(alternate reference)
Surely that is her.
I believe there is one that is also a barbarian male, if I'm not mistaken.

Being one so affiliated with documenting the "exotic" lifeforms in Sanctuary, I can only think that he tangled with something he couldn't handle.

I would not like to play other player's created terrain that was rigged against/for you. I just would like to play the game as intended. If you want to mod it client side for your single player fun, so be it.

I have the sneaking suspicion that this name will play an important role in the upcoming installment of the Diablo series.
I'd like to know what your thoughts are on the bestiary notes.

Imagine a Barbarian with a wand... etc. It just doesn't makes sense. That and I think it brings a dynamic part to each class. It's something to strive for, etc. I'm assuming they will be creating sets, and it would only makes sense to make those sets class specific. This way the loot table will favor the classes they are used for.

There is a streamlined video that shows all of these moves =]

How ironic, that's my birthday.
I think the best b-day I've had was 9/9/99 when it was supposed to be the end of the world.

I'm curious as to what vein of questing they will be creating. I feel that it will be much more developed than D1/D2, and rightly so. I also liked that they have narrated parts of the story.
What bosses are you expecting to see? A return of Diablo himself? (Naturally)
Blizzard seems to have been following real mythological/biblical names for their bosses and I was curious to think whether or not there were others they might employ in DIII.
Here is a list of names I've come across for that are Latin/Biblical names from hell.
Names:
Male:
Anubis: Jackal-headed God of the underworld.
Azreal: This is the name of The Angel of Death. He separates the soul upon death.
Beezlebub: “Lord or Possessor of the high place.” This can also be construed as Baal…
Cerberus (Kerberos): “Demon of the Pit.” Name of the three-headed dog that guards the entrance of Hades.
Cernnunos: “Horned, antlered.” Celtic myth name of an antlered god of animals, fertility, and the underworld.
Charon: Greek myth name of the ferryman in Hades.
Demogorgon: Name of a God from the underworld.
Enki: God of creation, wisdom, and keeper of laws.
Erebos: “Darkness.” Name of the offspring of Chaos.
Hades: God of the Underwolrd
Khthonis: “Of earth/underworld.”
Orpheus: “Darkness of night.” Name of a poet who charmed Hades.
Osiris: Another God of the Underworld.
Plouton: aka Pluto
Sameal: The Prince of Darkness
Veles: Mythical name meaning “enclosed” or “ensealed”
Female:
Alcetis: Princess in Greek myth.
Elysia: “Lightning struck.”
Ereshkigal: God of what is known as “the land of the dead.”
Hecate: Goddess of witchcraft, demons graves, etc.
Kore: A goddess of the underworld, meaning “Maiden.”
Nyx: Goddess of Night
Persephone: “Person-slayer”
These are just some names I came across and thought readers of this forum may find it interesting. Post your thoughts!

I think traveling merchants would be a good idea, personally. Depending on the circumstances, one can spawn in certain places that would sell hard-to attain items. Perhaps even certain items that can only be bought from these merchants.
However, I don't think the gold will have much value in this once again, ether. Based on the gameplay trailier gold seems to drop on a regular basis.

I mean... seriously, please, look at old boxes. Do any of the old diablo games use our number system? No! They use Roman Numerals.
Not to mention, I think it's CERTAIN they'll be using the Diablo III logo they created.... which looks sick.

If you wanted to do a good "fake", you would have to create the artwork yourself in true Diablo Style. A good way of doing this is looking at how they created the other boxes, and think about how to make them 1 million times better.
I say 1 million times better because look at all the fake D3 trailers out... then compare it to the REAL one. Simply mindblowing in comparison. In other words, if you want to do a good job faking, you have to have really good artistic talent and a good head on your shoulders to outthink their design team.
