    So can anyone please help explain rapid fire? It says X Hatred to start it then Y amount while channeling (forgot amounts), does 275% damage while channeling.

    Does that mean it does 275% PER second? or if I hold it for 3 seconds or 30 seconds it still does only 275% in total?

    Playing a wizard and trying to see which is better, Ray of Frost seems to do more damage AND does the Slow effect but why do so many wizards use disintegrate instead, am I missing something?

    I'm just curious how they will work it when an expansion gets released? I'm assuming they'll pause the paragon meter until you reach the new cap but will the paragon meter reset or continue where you left off (though obviously if you never started it by the time the expansion comes out you won't start till the new cap).

    That's weird you say that cause I complained to a friend once about D3 how it felt like my character was running around in slow motion and the whole game felt like it had some slow time effect on it.
    I actually had that problem when I was using an older computer, literally, it would be like my character was running through molasses. I honestly, couldnt play, I kept dying besides for the sheer slowness. I switched computers and afterwards it felt like he was on Speed.

    Sorry for being so vague, I just am not sure which skills to use, I'm not really getting the best results, Best dps and survivability with them. Just a few suggestions for the more common builds.

    Well, I'm basically just asking what I should be expecting my stats should be at any given level range, to see if I'm up to par, or where exactly I am lacking. Am I dying because I am not killing them fast enough and need more DPS or because my armor is too low.. and speaking of which how would I know whether I need more defence or just more HP?

    Open a ticket and mention this to Blizzard, I mean this is Diablo, the loot is COMPLETEY random and I think the prefix names (balanced, master, etc) are based off of certain affixes (% attack speed etc) and things are random but to get the EXACT amount of enchantments with the EXACT enchantments with the EXACT number modifiers etc is a bit fishy besides you not knowing the friend prior. Bring it up to Blizzard and see wha they say.

    I know that if you want something done you should do it yourself but sadly I am not equipped to do that but I was wondering if someone who did would be able to help out other players with a reference guide for some players to help show them where and how they should work up their stats.

    For example at level 40 one should have a range of xx-xx vital, yyy-yyy defense and a range of zzz-zz attack to help them in Nightmare,

    at 50 having xx vital, yy def, zz attack would be helpful,

    Etc, this way new players to reach that level know where they stand, know how and why they are getting demolished when entering a new difficulty and the like.

    I don't think every level is necessary but maybe every 5 levels after 30 or even 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, and maybe 60 (which might be harder being that has a larger range as you get the most gear range on that level).

    Sorry to pass the job to someone else but min-maxing in any game was never my strong point and doing it myself would only get wrong info. Anyone who would take the time would be greatly appreciated.

    So I just got to level 30 on my DemonHunter and I am sad to say that I still don't feel anything from this class, I'm kinda at a loss with what the best skills are and though I don't really have a problem with him anymore I don't really glide and plow through the game as with the other classes- any good hunters out there care to share some advice with me? :)

    and sometimes I would change the last skill spot to locusts or something else. I still go back to my first build every so often but any feedback on this one.. kiss of death seems to be very interesting. I would also like to try corpse bomb once I unlock it.

    I'm still getting my 'perfect' Witch Doctor build, though I have my preferred builds I'm still tweaking. I'm only only on level 40 so I have time to get the rest of the runes but I'm looking through the skills, do WDs have like heavy duty nuke skills like some of the other classes.. I know dire bats, acid rain and Zombears are common DDs but anything that decimate the mintions of hell?
