What they need to do is lower garg (esp cold rune unless it doesn't work the way it reads) so that they can boost the sets in general (if they're not going to bother actually fixing them)
Honestly this change won't make much difference to anything except super high GRs anyway, but everyone jumping on the wd bandwagon will probably get right off it after this.
It will matter when Helltooths raw output on 15 targets dropped from 120tril dps to 50+ tril depending on number of elites because you are back to furnace.
Pure single target rift guardian it went from 19 tril on a very high tier boss to 14 tril.
Meanwhile gen monk is doing 80tril in 15 target aoe(uneffected by amount of elites just targets are more area dmg) and 23.3 tril on boss.
For sure. Just saying that because you thought FnR was 100% when it wasn't is all. Can't really count EW as 50% DR since by the time you actually do damage it will stop being that and teleporting won't count as moving by the time you finish casting it you will have gained the dmg stacks you lost.
GF will be Pierce without having to do any math or thinking. Barb and monk can run Solanium(minor globe increase) and barb runs threatening shout with the 15% to spawn globes(on AOE is easily summons 6+ per cast).
Looking at numbers 1 stack of GF is = to Pierce. Anymore and GF will always win(at 14k int, the more the faster it gets better and better).
I mean i assumed that the bug being exploited would be fixed but I vaguely remember someone mentioning that the swami fix to additive killed FB/Archon.
Any truth to it? What will the best solo build be for wizard? Or is it still pretty unknown.

FB Archon still doing 94 on PTR at 1400 paragon. It is weaker because of stacks being additive, but it slightly got buffed dmg wise since you only have to burn 20 whites or 1 elite for 2400% and you get 60% DR now too(4% per stack)
The only other build really that can compete is gonna be the Talrasha Archon version that people were playing before Twister Archon solo build.
Sorry Jelloslock and Angry_Roleplayer, of course there are other changes. But let's be honest here, everything pales in comparison to that one. And I'm not sure why that crusader change was necessary. I wonder what all of us overlook when it comes to Crusader - the measly buffs leave him so useless, they must know something internally that would make it too powerful if they provide further buffs, but the entire playerbase is missing it. And about the monk, I think it's a fair change, the monk is pretty strong on PTR already and I think it's still among the top 3 in S7.

A big change is Fist of Fury on Way of a Hundred Fists got the Flying Dragon Snapshot removed it no longer cares about attack speed and buff stacks 15 times max. This hurts Gen Monk a lot which was the highest solo build on PTR currently.
Rolling Damage Range to Max is a 2.39% damage increase. Rolling % damage is worse. Rolling IAS is just bad.
Rolling Disc to 12 is a 2.31% increase if you have 84 Disc. If you have 81 or less Disc before rolling the Weapon you gain 2.40% or more the lower your Disc is.
Edit: I just saw someone post on the feedback thread saying its actually having you do Act 1 > Act 2 > Act 3 > Act 4 > Act 5. Turning it in before you start the next act and ignoring the bonus. That is so retarded and not tutorial for anyone. Its plain doing them wrong. Oh blizz.....
Not true, you don't have to do it in that order, that would be stupid. We did it exactly in the bonus act order, both of us got credit.
There are some bugs though with the system, I've heard of others not getting the credit; not sure what they did wrong.
Ya idk all I know is I did all bounties, a rift, killed 6 bosses for the first 3 parts of journey and got the cube in the same T1 game and finished/turned in the bounties last.
Complete a full set of bounties <= Again, you need to be present at all 25 bounty game completions, you can't cheat this by splitting up!!!
Pretty sure this one is bugged and can't be done in the same game as the:
Complete 5 bounties (any random bounties, don't need to be in the same act or so)
I did everything on T1 after I hit 70 on PTR and when I turned all 5 acts bounties in I just didn't get credit for Act 1-5 bounties done part for 4 set..

Fire LTK works fine in melee range. For bosses you just have to run out and generate stacks for a few sec every now and then. It did like 5 diff 96s before it got nerfed to 300% and now its doing 91 with 300%.

FnR is 125% and Endlass Walk is 100%.
FnR buffs multiply together.
Say you hit for 100 endless walk is 100 x 2.00 = 200
FnR is 100 x 1.5 x 1.5 = 225

Those wings were PTR only and removed during the PTR. They never existed as an item.
