I think a Bounty Hunter sort of class would just be... well, hours and hours of me drooling in front of a promotional picture. I'm thinking something straight out of Van Hellsing, dual rapid firing crossbows wielded by a darkened, yet still viable hero.

My vote goes for Dark Knight
Heavy armor & shields, dirty fighting maybe with daggers or even crossbows/throwing knives. Every fantasy world needs a Dark Knight.
Otherwise who will be there to throw dirt in your eye, bash you with their shield then stab you in the kidney????

hahaha, this thread kinda got out of control, like I said in an earlier post that I would post the winner when it become announced.

Stalker
Soldier
Woodsman
Slayer

Hunter
Marksman
Strider

My vote goes for the Ranger class with a twist.

I can't think of any good name for the class so I'll call it a Warden

The Warden will be a protector of Alchemic knowledge and specialize in Bows and Throwing weapons. He/she can change the basic properties of their weapons to cause greater damage or cause other effects.

I was thinking along the lines of applying Alchemic substances on an Arrowhead or Throwing weapon that could cause the weapon to change mid-flight to something that will shatter on impact and hit multiple targets, or become so intensely hot after being launched it will burn through a line of targets and ignite their flesh.


(As far as any racial, cultural, or region specific guesses... I'll just leave that open)

Peltast or Crossbowman for sure.

2 guesses:

-Blade Mage/Imbuer~ Blade user that also makes use of elemental magic perhaps to project at enemys or to Imbue on his/her wepon and the wepons of others (could be a great buffer class).

-Defender~ Sort of like a Shield knight or something, a class that revolves around using a shield as both a wepon and a form of defence. This class may seem unlikely because we already have the Monk class thats skin is suposed to be as hard as rock and is already a defence fort of class, as well as the barb being the proclaimed TANK. Could still work though.

Sniper, Ranger or Rogue

I'll go a Warlock kind of character. And "evil/demon caster" type.
