I actually think it is a spoiler as Blizzard has since changed the article to omit "former". A preview page on Tyrael also says that he flees the Heavens as he's tormented by the death of his comrades.

Sooo, let's picture a story for the expansion with that in mind now.. Moar theorycrafting, gogogo

They even admitted it's ok for people to use FoV sliders in Ghosts, so why not in MW3. Anyways, I never knew what got me banned, the extra classes (without prestige) or the FoV slider. I'm inclined to say it was the FoV slider.
And yeah, I see your point now regarding cheats. Like actual game data hacking still happens in Ghost (where they edit their server-side stats), but overall Steam games are pretty safe (and the ones you mentioned too).
Now let's get back to the topic I already miss the AH.... I need to sell a slightly worse Zuni's Boots than the ones I'm using that would go for 10 mil, but in my inventory they're worth nothing =|

Create a new one, make some small changes, but don't repeat the posts this time. Should work.

Also, I can confirm that Steam games can be easily hacked. Their VAC system only gets you if you do really stupid shit (like I did by having 15 classes in MW3 cause I was lazy to prestige, and using a FoV changer wrongly).
It usually depends on the game as well, I think CoD Ghosts has some sort of limitation that doens't allow the VAC system to work in it, that's why that game is a hackfest =/

Putting it all in one basket and saying "this ruined the game" is a bit short-sighted imo. The RMAH
I am willing to bet that 80%+ of the real-money transactions in D3 happened through the RMAH, but that's just my own estimate. That's not important though.
What is important is that the RMAH didn't precisely harm the game by itself. The "pay 2 win" (win what, again? I consider myself a winner at D3) aspect was always there, since D2. It didn't
I don't disagree with you that the RMAH brought some problems. But again, the know-it-all aggressive attitude won't get many people on your side. Because to some, the RMAH wasn't a problem at all. Recognizing that, and understanding that different people have different issues with the game is the first step to not become tunnel-visioned about this kind of thing.
As a dev, focusing all your efforts in one problem, and one that might not even be the root of the issues with the game, and you're bound to break your game even further.

To me, the Wizard is still one of the easiest classes to build glass-cannony. Mine has 370k buffed and only 600-700k EHP, she "feels" very fragile in higher Torments.

Also, what Jamoose said. Report it on the forums, but I don't think they will change/fix that, it's been around for a while now. Don't think it's worth it though.

I'm sure if you find some Trifecta lvl 70 Gloves and don't want to enchant it, you might be able to get another nice item for it (maybe even a Legendary drop from someone playing with you in a future farming session).

It's kinda annoying, and still to this day Iam not a big fan of how much Smart Loot triggers, but it's what we got for now.

And if people wanna pay for it using Gems, they're free to do so. But we won't allow real-money trading here, just be aware of that Arthurian. So no Skype details or stuff like that, please.
Also the RMAH has been shut down, so might wanna edit that part out of your post.
