Do people ever just get excited about things? I guess I am a casual gamer because I totally do not look at features in an analytical way. I look at something and think about how it will add to the immersion, story or my gameplay experience. How frustrating life must be when things that are inherently fun and for leisure become points of contention and unrest in the eyes of those that play the games. What is the point? A lot of it also seems to be contrary for the sake of trying to play devil's advocate every single time something is shown.
From my standpoint I am very much excited to have the followers be added depth to my solo play experience and story of the game.

Download link? I know iTunes is on the way but I don't use iTunes. Even a mediafire upload would be good -

Impressive. That's the sort of thing you pad a résumé with. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

It does seem that they are surrounded by World Stone fragments (fragments being massive chunks). I also would not have guessed that Wei had produced this piece. His style is really evolving and becoming more painterly. Great stuff. I try not to get too excited for the way the artists depict cities and landscapes. Caldeum, anybody? :/ Wish we had been exploring that whole city... sigh.

Man, they have an answer for everything, and it rarely seems to be humble or just straight up open to the possibility that they should just look into fixing it.
I'd buy their argument more if the entire system lacked commas. But clearly that isn't the case. Use space, commas... whatever. Just make it easier to read visually. Essh

I am ok with it taking me a long time to gear up and get to the infernal machine and MP past lvl 1 (I am poorly geared), but it does seem that the main change for poorly geared players is the much nicer item drops.
Is this a wrong assessment?

That's how I felt as well, sadly. This game has some nice, smooth gameplay, but other than that it feels so hollow and driven by a misguided sense of what is enjoyable to the genre and the Diablo series. The lengthy cooldowns, restricting run speeds, lack of incentives to explore the maps for anything but champ packs, taking control of the camera during the boss fights (like Diablo so he can explain the obvious), and on and on. I'm getting nerd ragey. Time to do something else :/

They keep working towards the game it probably should have been at release. They had a huge amount of talent and capable people backing this project. I think they got too caught up in refining the game systems over just making things fun and exciting.
