i could be wrong but i think they got the Fury system for the Barb from Marvel Ultimate Alliance... cuz Wolverine has the same thing.

another thing is the barb the only class that is going to be able to use the fury system?

....nice post to bump a 3 months old topic.

Doesn't matter much, its graphix "MOAR BLOOM" ---------- nowadays, so thats what processing will be used for by devs, maybe even more so on PC's then on consoles because every month or so a new graphix card will be the new catalyser for this faggotry. (Crysis being a good example of graphix faggotry)

I always can disable bloom and that kind of crappy effects I hate on the PC, and I often can't on the console.

But I assume most would prefer to keep the standard lvl 99 cap.

If the cap is 99, I will hate Blizzard forever.

whatever it is, it may not be mf... but there is a way to increace the drop rate of items. if there isnt, add that to the long list of screw-ups in d3 already.

The simple fact that you believe MF a good mechanic just proves everything. I guess that long list of screw ups is actually features and things that makes the games more fun for everyone, which is something you can't realize.

Hell, you are so selfish you wouldn't even want other people to gain more items from your MF. I'm not even going to comment more on this.

I am 100% against this idea. It adds nothing to the game, nothing to the economy, and doesn't even have a real purpose. Its totally pointless. Not saying this to be rude - its not like I wouldn't like to make some ever-better gems.

And there is also quite a few examples based on D2's systems, which is just weird. Life Leech is not making it in the game, Blizzard said (well, they didn't say its impossible, but it probably won't).

Also, duping. Duping will not be in this game. There are already online games without any form of duping, yet people assume since Diablo 2 had duping (a 9 years old game) had it, so D3 might have it!! SO WATCH OUT!!

..seriously? There won't be duping. And if there is it won't be at any level we have seen in D2. So people REALLY NEED to STOP thinking about "what effect duping could possibly have over X features".

if its ffa you have a chance to get everything..... so pretty much they are making mfing in a group worthless.... say i have 100000000000 mf somone else is going to get my drops because of my hard work and dedication put in to get my excellent mf gear..

(input =/= output) = bad game
    What?

    No MF in this game.

    At least not until now.

    Thank you.

I'm using my head but obviously you are not.

As I said party limit should be that 4-5 .. thats ok its not spammy!

But why can't there be 2 parties in the game at the same time..it would create a more active world to the multiplayer version.

Even in D2 I never do 8 player runs because its not fun.. I rather just solo in a game where 7 others do something in a party. But at least in the game there are those 7 others.

But duno I guess 4-8 could be ok.. at least 4-5 player limit for the party size.

Right, but again, this is not an MMO, there is absolutely no need for such pointless features in that kind of game.

The only similar thing I would agree with is the possibility of groups of people doing PvP together against other groups.

posted a message on Variety of Items in D3 Instead of overused items?
Well, I don't like when topics starts like that, because as far as I know:

Blizzard said absolutely nothing about it. So we can't say "are there going to be X feature". Unless I did miss it on this one, which is very possible.

As far as my opinion on this... its not that I don't WANT it... but how do you do it? Ultimately, your build will benefit more from X than Y, and that will stay true again and again for everything - eventually leading to the ultimate equipment.

We however, have no idea of other possible equipment customization they have in mind, or the stats that will appear on powerful items. Hopefully, there could be some variation on what is -the best- and not everyone will have exactly the same thing at the same level (assuming they can all afford anything).

This could go many ways and it depends on how they handle it. Hopefully, items will be varied enough so that one may want to prioritize different kind of items depending on what -he- personally wants.

Some weird arguments here, because everyone basically gets a roll on item drops, same as when you are alone, except that you have better chances at better drops (because thats the whole point of not playing alone, right? At least, with random people.)

Just put out a Console version, so some of us don't have to spend $1000 on an Overpriced PC we don't need other than play a few Games like Diablo 3... WASTE of $$$ for just a couple games!

I'm sorry but that level of ignorance astound me, yet I see it absolutely everywhere.

You can get a PC that runs Crysis well for 400$, and that was a year ago.

Stop those retarded overpirced PC thing. If thats really the only excuse you can come up with, its an horrible one. I'm sure I could run D3 on a 200$ PC, though it would be ugly.

Why the hell do anyone think Consoles are not rip off, and that PC are? Its so obvious to me that Consoles will never be worth their prices, while what you can do with a PC, for the same price, and the ability to run countless games all over, and even use your controllers if you want, and...

    Whatever. I shouldn't bother.

    No.

There will never be any way that is considered fair to everyone.

Therefore its a complete waste of time to base on damage, or this, or that, or whatever you think really matters.

Everyone gets their parts. If someone is too lazy, he shouldn't be in your group.

I don't call anyone that plays Call of Duty my friends.

This is a joke, but at the same time, I'm not even kidding. Everyone that plays CoD games end up having the exact personality I can't tolerate.

As far as showing D3 to girls... those I know just don't seem to give a damn at all. They don't even give any opinion, they just don't care.

posted a message on Interesting article about LAN in D3/SC2
    Quote from "Kiserai" »
Yes, I do know it is fact.

It is fact because Blizzard is a company; their sole purpose for existing is to make money. If including LAN play would make D3 more profitable, they would include it. But they aren't, so it doesn't, so therefore it is not in their best interest.

If you don't think they've already spent a relative chunk of change to research the impact of not including LAN play on sales figures, you're not sitting in a nice spot on the IQ bell curve (I'm trying to word this nicely). This is not a hard concept, but I'll try and break it down some more if you need me to. They didn't just flip a coin and say 'Alright, tails, no LAN play.' They didn't do it to be mean and annoy forum crawlers.

Is that what you believe? Well its not what -I- believe. Either way, doesn't make it fact either. You are just speculating. For your fucking information, I never said anything -I- say was fact, except "that many people are pissed about this".

And I believe they are just bullshitting us. They have other plans, great, but somehow they can't tell us about it and had to make some excuses. My guess is that they just didn't expect the community to react like that.

I don't care about their numbers or what they found it about it, because they didn't share any of it with us. They just said "LAN is bad because of piracy". Well use your head, which is the only thing we have other than their words, and think. Removal of LAN is a pointless move that will only have angered the community. That wasn't their goal, of course not, but thats still what they did.

Again, this wouldn't be a problem AT ALL if they just waited until they can actually fully explain their new battle.net and their so called "replacement to LAN" before making such a drastic announcement.
