Well, I know where you guys' TnT went. I just started gearing up my DH (found a proper 1h crossbow, a dex cindercoat, and crafted some aughilds/ a quiver etc), so wanted to get it a pair of magefists. Let's just say after less than 1K shards she threw me a TnT as my first legendary :s. It has pretty sucky stats (648 dex, 5% IAS, 41% crit dmg, and cost me in the region of 30-40M to get 9.5% crit instead of cooldown reduction), and 45% pet attack speed. I'm guessing that when I get my marauders, this is something I'd want to use rather than a magefist though, right?



Oh, and on the topic of Marauders - 5K shards to get the pants, getting a pair of shadow coils, and hexing pants long before they dropped. And they had ~440 dex, vit, grenade bonus and 800 life per second, so even quite shitty by leg standards (no 90 all ress, fuck you 800 life regen :().

RNG will drive you to madness. How so? I got tired of stuff dropping for everything But the element my wizard was trying to concentrate on, so now I have three at 70 and one almost there....problem solved.

Or is that enabled?

BTW, with ALL the time I've been playing this game I've only seen theONE pair of TnT's I have, there hasn't been a second drop...and yes, they ARE quite nice, you ARE going to want to use them, until they theoretically drop again ( it COULD happen).

I have been pretty lucky with my drops esp with my mirror ball and wand of woh rolls, but damn enchanting is just not working for me atm for my amulet...rolled it around 60 times losing all my Topaz gems till i have none and i still can't get a decent CHD.... =[[

Part of the problem with the "new generation" of Diablo players (people who weren't in their late-teens when D2 launched) is that many of them seem to think that just by playing the game for 2 hours (exaggeration!) they should have all the best items.

Man! I have been farming T1 for a full day. Life sucks. Blizz, buff drop rates please!

Exactly shaggy... and i think you've nailed it. He played d3v until he finishes hell and stopped there. Then he picked up RoS and played for only 2 weeks casually (most of it levelling from 60-70 and on hard/expert) and he complains not finding any good legendary i.e. Mirrorball...

I should tell him to check our my playing times in profile... and I'm sure he will have an excuse/reason of some sort... Too bad he is a real life friend who lives in the same area otherwise, I would have kicked him out of the clan a looong time ago.

Karma is a B***h, but so is RNG.



My first and last TF I've ever found.
Pretty decent Puzzle Ring. This ring was probably the first legendary I ever looted after I got 70.
Almost perfect fire SoJ? .. Which I have never used since I run physical builds, and I play only 1 class.
And ONLY ~500 shards later the TnT I so much waited for. Keep gambling.

I have used around 22k shards to get Hexing pants from Kadala, and looted it from a goblin.
I don't even want to try SMK, someday I will get it... someday.

Hey I luv the Fearsome Cluckeye! It rocks with enough steroids.

On the other hand (character) I've been trying wizards and kadala seems to think everyone should have a Fire set, all I get is that stupid green Fire off hand! I got 4 different elemental wizards, if ANYTHING else popped up I could probably make use of it, but nooooo....

OK, I'm NOT a noob, D1.D2.D3 and ROS. I work...ALOT and I travel out of country ALOT! So any thing I trip over and face roll as I hit the ground against it is pure luck on my part. FOurms become confusing to say the least, I've read as much as I can about where is "best" to run for decent drops...IE RORG, I get to run maybe 5 to 6 either rifts or clear bounties a night...most of the legs I have I couldn't tell you if they are great luck drops or not. (btw i have NO RORG, and only 1 piece of akkahns, all the rest is crafted or something that according to the numbers boosted my toon in 2 of the 3 stats. So as I think most here are foremost closer to knowing the best runs can someone just tell me, am I right to run act 1-4 in my hunt for the elusive RoRG? ANd if you add hey moron, run these for these ETC... I will be most happy. Oh and my take on the whole RNG thing...its no more then a crap shoot on the craps table... does kadala piss me off..that would be a big ole HELL YEAH. But we play because it's ALWAYS so much cooler to post that "item" that she did graciously give you..perfect roll, or that item that has eliuded you through the months/yrs of hammering the zones to find...and now allows YOU to run T6 Solo in under 2 mins:) Thanks to ANY who post me some decent info BTW!

RoRG Act 1 bounty Cache only, AS it IS in act 4 but so is everything else, SO STAY in ACT 1 if you want an RoRG more than anything else you hold dear.

IF you want good things and an RoRG would be nice IF it drops, but it's not what keeps you up at night, then do ACT 4 as everthing can drop from CT 4 caches, and you MIGHT get a RoRG as well.

Is that true? I can't seem to find the info on RoRG on the official website to find details on it's default rolls. I only know that you can drop a bi-fecta by default but was not confirmed if trifecta drops on loot.

Just to vent a bit more.... found my 9th!!!! Mirrorball (3 looted / 6 kalada) with only +1mm... I'm flabbergasted to the point to even express how frustrating it is to feel this way. I am gonna wait for my 10th mirrorball... and if it is +1mm again, I'm gonna send in a ticket to Blizzard to complain if it was lower drop rate of +1mm vs +2mm as it is definitely beyond RNG at this point assuming it's a 50/50 chance.

Guess this is RNG related, Rolled/enchanted 5 times last night and got what I wanted on first roll three outta 5. As I was about dead broke, a very happy me am I.

One inventory screen full of belts from Kadala, and I got a Hellcat, a Harringtons (increased damage for 10 seconds after opening a chest), the Lightning belt (Thunder god's?) and the one that haunts 5 after opening a chest. 3 out of 4 ended up being upgrades. ( I have 4 wizards)

Guessing the rest of the week with Kadala won't be as pleasurable.
